The house is set in at the very top of the village, giving it privacy and magnificent views of the vineyards on one side, and the castle on the other.

All
of the doors of the house lead out to the sunny
south side. On the second floor, living room and bedroom doors
offer access to a tiled outside terrace
above rounded vaults. This is completely private, facing towards the hills
and the sunshine, and away from the village.
Stairs from the terrace also lead down to the private
courtyard, which is partly shaded by trees, and where there
are an outdoor table and chairs. It is from this courtyard that one enters
in to the kitchen, or the small ground-level bedroom.
On the opposite side of the courtyard, stairs also lead up to the hillside
above the house. |
